Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new channel partners and direct clients within the e-commerce ecosystem.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations of Kalodata and Kaloboost to showcase unique value propositions.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to penetrate target markets and achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to optimize campaigns and generate qualified leads.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to channel partners, ensuring their success and loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and forecasts in the company's CRM.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and AI advancements in the e-commerce sector.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in Business Development or Sales within the SaaS, AI, or Tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of the E-commerce landscape (Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, WooCommerce).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin or Bahasa Melayu is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated hunter mentality with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with partners and key clients.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
