Milolo is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive (Corporate & Strategic Partnerships) to lead the expansion of our brand into everyday consumer experiences. In this role, you will identify, develop, and nurture strategic alliances with corporate partners, lifestyle brands, and educational institutions, translating partnership opportunities into sustainable revenue streams.
You will craft compelling partnership propositions, negotiate winâwin agreements, and oversee the endâtoâend execution of joint initiatives. Working closely with crossâfunctional teamsâincluding marketing, product, and salesâyou will design coâbranded campaigns, activation events, and educational programs that showcase Miloloâs unique value proposition.

Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and qualify new corporate partnership opportunities across diverse sectors.
- Develop and present tailored partnership proposals to prospective clients and stakeholders.
- Negotiate contract terms and close deals that meet revenue and brand objectives.
- Manage endâtoâend partnership lifecycle, from onboarding to performance monitoring and renewal.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to coâcreate joint goâtoâmarket plans.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to refine partnership strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in B2B sales, business development, or partnership management.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of hitting sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
