Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and present tailored solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Collaborate with senior team members to develop and execute sales strategies
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
- Track and report sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics
- Attend industry events and networking functions to expand JRD Group's presence
- Continuously learn about market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches
Qualifications
- At least a Diploma or Degree in any discipline (Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred)
- No prior work experience required β we provide full training for motivated candidates
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to build professional relationships
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
