Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities by researching target industries and organizations.
  • Execute outbound outreach (email, calls, social channels) to generate qualified leads and schedule meetings.
  • Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline in our CRM, track activities and outcomes, and forecast accurately.
  • Deliver tailored program recommendations and compelling proposals that address client needs and ROI.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to produce effective collateral and presentation materials for client meetings.
  • Present demonstrations and proposals, handling objections with a customer-centric approach.
  • Support negotiations and help close deals in alignment with company policies and pricing.
  • Monitor progress toward quarterly targets and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications

  • Recent graduate or entry-level candidate with strong communication and a proactive mindset.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication; additional languages are a plus.
  • Interest in education, training, and workforce development.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach and a team-oriented attitude.
