Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the luxury furniture and interior design sectors nationwide.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings and professional product presentations to architects, interior designers, and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial lead generation and negotiation to closing the deal and providing after-sales support.
  • Collaborate closely with the production and design teams to ensure bespoke client requirements are delivered accurately.
  • Represent the brand at major trade shows, furniture exhibitions, and industry networking events.
  • Maintain an up-to-date CRM database of clients, leads, and project pipelines.
  • Provide detailed market feedback and competitor analysis to the management team to help shape brand strategy.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within the furniture, interior design, or construction industry.
  • A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs in a B2B or premium retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.
  • Must possess a valid driving license and own transportation, as travel across Malaysia is required.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Professional appearance and a confident demeanor suitable for a luxury brand representative.
  • A Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
