Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities to drive growth in assets under management (AUM).
- Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to enhance the company's brand and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, financial advisors, and distribution partners.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and client needs.
- Collaborate with the product and investment teams to develop compelling sales collateral and presentations.
- Present investment strategies and product updates to existing and potential clients at seminars and meetings.
- Monitor and report on business development KPIs, market feedback, and project milestones to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of business development or sales experience within the banking or financial services industry.
- Possession of relevant CMFAS certifications (e.g., M3, M5, M8, M9) is highly advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of investment funds, wealth management products, and the Singapore regulatory environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
