Join PERSOL as a Business Development Executive and play a pivotal role in expanding our merchant network across Singapore's Central Region. This is a contract role with the potential to convert to permanent, offering a competitive monthly salary of $2,800 – $3,000.

Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new merchant partners in the payments and fintech space.
- Present and demonstrate our merchant solutions, highlighting value propositions and ROI.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to close deals and meet monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, implementations) to ensure seamless onboarding.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market intelligence.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to management.
- Attend networking events and industry meetups to generate leads and brand awareness.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in payments, fintech, or merchant services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand client pain points.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office suite.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin) are a plus.
