Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new merchant partners in the payments and fintech space.
  • Present and demonstrate our merchant solutions, highlighting value propositions and ROI.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to close deals and meet monthly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, implementations) to ensure seamless onboarding.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market intelligence.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to management.
  • Attend networking events and industry meetups to generate leads and brand awareness.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in payments, fintech, or merchant services.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand client pain points.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin) are a plus.
