Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the hair and barber industry market segment
- Conduct regular visits to hair salons, barbershops, and grooming centers to build relationships and understand client needs
- Present and demonstrate products/services to potential and existing clients
- Create and maintain detailed reports on market trends, competitor activities, and business development progress
- Negotiate partnerships, contracts, and pricing arrangements with clients
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional materials targeted at the hair/barber industry
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/business development targets
- Develop and implement strategies to expand market share in Jakarta Barat and surrounding areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the hair, barber, or beauty industry, or in business development/sales roles
- Strong understanding of hair salon and barbershop operations, trends, and customer preferences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clients
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable with field work and client visits
- Good analytical skills to interpret market data and create actionable insights
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and meet targets in a competitive environment
- Fresh graduates with relevant industry experience or certifications are welcome to apply
