Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase company revenue and market share.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to align service offerings with client needs and business goals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine our value proposition.
  • Prepare and manage sales pipelines, reports, and forecasts for management review.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the tech sector.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, negotiation techniques, and pipeline management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
