Worldtech Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead IT solutions sales and client success in Kota Damansara, Selangor. In this role you will identify opportunities, build strong client relationships, and translate business needs into compelling technology solutions. You will collaborate with delivery, solutions architecture, and marketing to create tailored proposals that drive value for clients and sustainable revenue for the business. This is a high-visibility role in a fast-paced environment that rewards initiative, performance, and teamwork.
As a key member of our sales organization, you will align our offerings with client objectives, develop go-to-market strategies, and own the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to close. You will stay ahead of market trends, articulate ROI, and present to senior executives with confidence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT solutions and services, focusing on mid-market and enterprise segments in Malaysia.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-level and decision-makers; serve as trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to align solutions with client objectives; help shape proposals and RFP responses.
- Lead end-to-end deal cycles, including needs assessment, proposal development, price negotiations, and closing.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy and differentiate Worldtech’s offerings.
- Manage and forecast sales pipeline using CRM; provide accurate revenue projections.
- Represent the company at industry events and lead generation activities to nurture opportunities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in IT solutions, with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
- Strong knowledge of IT services, software solutions, cloud platforms, and digital transformation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to build relationships with C-level executives and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office; data-driven.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently and in a team.
- Willingness to travel within Malaysia as needed.
