Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within target markets to drive revenue growth
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular engagement and presentations
- Create and execute strategic business development plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction and retention
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, operations, and finance to ensure seamless service delivery
- Prepare comprehensive proposals, presentations, and reports for prospective clients
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to enhance brand visibility
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales within the equipment or services industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Strong understanding of sales processes, contract negotiations, and account management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software platforms
- Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license would be an advantage
