The ideal candidate will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction from onboarding through long-term partnership.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand the company's BPO service offerings and client base in the Philippines and internationally
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and seamless service delivery
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements to maximize revenue and profitability
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals, pitch decks, and business cases to prospective clients
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management within the BPO or IT services industry
  • Proven track record of securing new clients and achieving revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of BPO industry trends, processes, and client requirements
