TMC BPO Services (Philippines) Corporation is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Makati City. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in expanding our footprint across the BPO industry, building strong and lasting client relationships, and supporting seamless onboarding processes for new partners.
We are looking for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a proven track record in business development within the outsourcing sector. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction from onboarding through long-term partnership.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand the company's BPO service offerings and client base in the Philippines and internationally
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and seamless service delivery
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements to maximize revenue and profitability
- Prepare and present compelling proposals, pitch decks, and business cases to prospective clients
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management within the BPO or IT services industry
- Proven track record of securing new clients and achieving revenue targets
- Strong understanding of BPO industry trends, processes, and client requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, both written and verbal
- Experience in managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure
- Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze market opportunities and develop actionable plans
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
