Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the 3PL and heavy industry sectors.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client logistics needs.
- Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, specifically within the 3PL or logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of heavy industry supply chain requirements and operational workflows.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-growth, target-oriented team.
- Demonstrated track record of prospecting and closing new business deals.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
