Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic store expansion plans in Jakarta's beauty retail landscape
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis for new location opportunities
- Establish and maintain relationships with mall operators, landlords, and commercial partners
- Perform regular store visits to assess performance, operational standards, and growth potential
- Prepare detailed business development reports including market insights and ROI projections
- Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to align store strategies with brand objectives
- Identify and negotiate favorable commercial terms for new store locations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, retail expansion, or store management
- Proven track record in the beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG industry
- Strong understanding of Jakarta's commercial real estate and retail market dynamics
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in market analysis tools and commercial feasibility studies
- Ability to travel extensively across Jakarta for site visits and partner meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
