Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the healthcare innovation and medical technology sectors.
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including hospital administrators, clinical leads, and healthcare executives.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging healthcare needs.
- Lead high-level negotiations and manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to ensure healthcare solutions meet client requirements and clinical standards.
- Prepare and present professional business proposals and executive-level presentations.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related healthcare field.
- Proven track record of at least 3–5 years in business development or B2B sales, specifically within healthcare or MedTech.
- Strong network within the Singapore healthcare ecosystem (Hospitals, Polyclinics, or Private Healthcare Groups).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset with a demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on market gaps.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting.
