As a key member of our regional team, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that contribute to OYO's expansion in the Johor market. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business strategies that maximize revenue opportunities and strengthen our market position.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
- Identify, negotiate, and close new business partnerships with property owners and strategic partners
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, stakeholders, and hotel partners
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and market trends
- Prepare and present compelling business proposals and presentations to potential clients
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new partners
- Monitor performance metrics, track pipeline progress, and provide regular reports to senior management
- Represent OYO at industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage own schedule
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Valid driving license and reliable transportation
