Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Develop and implement local sales and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Lead digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate leads and brand awareness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, schools, and corporate clients.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Collaborate with the academic team to align business development initiatives with program offerings.
- Represent Elite Education at industry events, networking functions, and promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the education sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
