Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure retention and account growth.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to prospective clients' needs.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements in alignment with company objectives and profitability targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to design and implement effective sales strategies.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine business development approaches.
- Track and report sales performance metrics, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to management.
- Represent Health Maintenance Inc. at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (healthcare industry experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to meet targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Willingness to travel within Cebu and occasionally to other areas as needed.
- Fluent in English and Filipino; knowledge of Cebuano is an advantage.
