Job Description

HTech Corporation is seeking a motivated Business Development Officer to join our dynamic team in Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.

The ideal candidate possesses a proven track record in sales or business development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building long‑term partnerships. You will conduct market research, generate leads, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance metrics to ensure targets are met. This is a full‑time position offering a competitive salary range of ₱28,000–₱35,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business leads through market research, networking, and outreach campaigns.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
  • Negotiate contract terms, close deals, and oversee the onboarding process for new accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with client needs and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics using CRM tools, and provide regular reports to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and exceed sales quotas.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and Tagalog.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
