Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and networking within the Philippine real estate market.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients, investors, and stakeholders.
- Analyze market intelligence and industry trends to advise clients on property solutions and investment opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to close business deals.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and high levels of client satisfaction.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial lead generation to successful contract negotiation and onboarding.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or client relationship management.
- Deep understanding of the Metro Manila real estate landscape and commercial market dynamics.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a high degree of professional drive and the ability to work independently in an onsite environment.
- Strong network of industry contacts is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
