Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the Johor region.
  • Present and demonstrate CTOS’s comprehensive suite of credit risk management solutions to prospective business clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective lead management and closing strategies.
  • Provide expert consultancy to clients on leveraging credit reports to improve business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and excellent customer service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline progress in the CRM system.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
  • Strong understanding of risk management concepts and the financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Self-motivated with a high degree of integrity and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel within the assigned territory.
