Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to promote CTOS risk management solutions to corporate clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and business users.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and lead generation.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations to identify growth areas.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and client proposals for management review.
- Provide post-sales support and follow-up to drive long-term client retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (B2B preferred).
- Strong understanding of credit risk, data analytics, or financial services is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Klang Valley for client meetings.
