In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind the expansion of our payment channel partnerships. You will be responsible for identifying high-potential partners, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring seamless operational onboarding to drive transaction volume and revenue growth.
This position requires a strategic thinker who is comfortable navigating the complex landscape of the banking and financial services sector. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to optimize payment workflows and enhance the overall client experience. Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and acquire new payment channel partnerships to expand our service ecosystem.
- Negotiate favorable commercial terms and service-level agreements (SLAs) with partners.
- Manage the end-to-end partner onboarding process, coordinating between technical, legal, and operational teams.
- Monitor transaction performance metrics and provide actionable insights to drive growth.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing payment partners to ensure service stability and optimization.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
- Prepare regular business reports and performance presentations for senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in business development, account management, or partnerships, preferably within Fintech or Banking.
- Strong understanding of payment gateways, merchant acquiring, or e-wallet ecosystems.
- Proven ability to negotiate complex commercial deals and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
