Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via cold calling, email, and social selling (LinkedIn).
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct thorough research on target accounts to personalize outreach and increase conversion rates.
- Schedule high-quality discovery meetings for the senior sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prospect interactions in our CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs, including activity metrics and qualified leads generated.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or customer-facing roles is highly preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, persuasive tone.
- Strong self-motivation and a results-driven mindset with the ability to handle rejection.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and office productivity tools.
