Responsibilities

  • Conduct professional sales presentations and negotiate complex service agreements with key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new accounts.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B business development, specifically within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
  • Strong working knowledge of both Ocean and Air Freight operations and market pricing.
