Ali Commercial Center is seeking a proactive and data-driven Business Excellence Process Specialist to drive strategic initiatives that optimize operations, elevate quality, and deliver measurable value across the organization. This contract role, based in Makati, partners with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable processes that support informed decision-making at all levels of the business.
You will lead process improvement projects from concept through deployment, transform current operations, and embed a culture of continuous improvement. The role emphasizes data governance, KPI tracking, and the use of structured problem-solving approaches to identify root causes and sustainable solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders in Operations, Finance, IT, and Sales to ensure changes are practical, compliant, and aligned with strategic objectives. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage business excellence initiatives across operations to standardize processes and improve efficiency.
- Map current state and design future state processes (AS-IS / TO-BE) with cross-functional stakeholders to eliminate waste and bottlenecks.
- Define, track, and report KPIs to measure the impact of process improvements and ensure sustained benefits.
- Facilitate root cause analysis and problem-solving sessions (e.g., using Lean Six Sigma tools) to drive data-driven decisions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, SOPs, and control plans for key business functions.
- Coordinate process automation and digitization initiatives to streamline workflows and reduce cycle times.
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, IT, and Sales to implement improvements and manage change across the organization.
- Support internal and external audits, compliance activities, and continuous improvement governance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or continuous improvement roles.
- Strong data analysis skills (Excel; knowledge of SQL or BI tools is a plus).
- Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and standard project management practices.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred; ability to apply problem-solving methodologies to real-world problems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and manage multiple initiatives.
