Responsibilities

  • Spearhead business development efforts by identifying, prospecting, and securing new client accounts within the real estate and property sector.
  • Manage and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling Audax Visuals' services.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the General Manager, including schedule management, meeting coordination, and correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and proposals, contributing to strategic planning and decision-making processes.
  • Coordinate internal projects and initiatives, ensuring timely execution and effective communication across departments.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and potential growth areas.
  • Act as a key liaison between clients, internal teams, and the General Manager, facilitating seamless communication.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a sales, business development, or executive assistant role, preferably within the real estate, property, or visual services industry.
