Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyse daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance against established KPIs and targets.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and cross-functional teams using Excel and reporting tools.
  • Manage and maintain the CRM and DMS systems to ensure data integrity and support lead tracking, customer follow-ups, and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and after-sales departments to streamline operational processes and resolve bottlenecks.
  • Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement through deep-dive data analysis and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support the sales team with ad-hoc operational tasks, including order processing, vehicle allocation, and documentation.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, prepare agendas, track action items, and ensure follow-through on commitments.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sales operations.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a similar role (automotive industry experience is a plus).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of sales KPIs and metrics, with a track record of driving data-informed decisions.
