Job Description
You will be at the heart of operational transformation at Prism Supply Chain Asia Sdn Bhd. As a Business Process Excellence Specialist in our 4PL Control Tower, you'll drive continuous improvement initiatives across complex supply chain networks. This strategic role requires you to analyze end-to-end logistics operations, identify inefficiencies, and implement data-driven solutions that enhance service delivery while reducing operational costs. You'll leverage cutting-edge analytics and process optimization methodologies to transform how our clients manage their supply chains, ensuring seamless integration between manufacturing, warehousing, and transportation.

Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Design and implement process improvements within the 4PL Control Tower framework
- Develop performance metrics and dashboards to track operational efficiency
- Lead cross-functional workshops to drive continuous improvement culture
- Automate manual workflows through technology integration and system enhancements
- Document standardized operating procedures and process flow diagrams
- Monitor implementation progress and adjust strategies based on performance data
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in process optimization or logistics operations
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) required
- Proficiency in process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart) and data analytics software
- Experience with 4PL/3PL control tower technologies and WMS/TMS systems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex operational data
- Excellent communication skills with cross-functional team leadership experience
