You will be responsible for nurturing professional partnerships, driving lead acquisition, and ensuring that our Dealer Relationship Management (DRM) processes operate with maximum efficiency. Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong professional relationships with showroom partners and dealers.
- Execute Dealer Relationship Management (DRM) strategies to ensure optimal service delivery and performance.
- Conduct regular visits to partner showrooms to monitor operations and identify business growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the loan application and approval process for dealer-referred customers.
- Achieve and exceed individual and branch sales targets through consistent networking and proactive outreach.
- Provide regular reports on market trends, competitor activities, and showroom performance metrics to management.
- Address and resolve any operational bottlenecks to ensure a seamless customer and dealer experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business, Marketing, or Communication preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, relationship management, or the multi-finance/automotive industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in the field and perform regular showroom visits.
- Ability to operate independently while contributing to branch-wide objectives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM tools.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
- Domiciled in or familiar with the Bintaro and Tangerang area.
