In this role, you will be instrumental in managing complex data workflows, ensuring accurate rate implementation, and maintaining the high operational standards that our global network depends on.

As a Business Support Assistant, you will act as a bridge between our carrier relationships and internal operations. You will be responsible for maintaining rate integrity, identifying discrepancies, and driving process improvements to optimize logistical efficiency. Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage global carrier rate databases to ensure data integrity and real-time accuracy.
  • Report operational irregularities promptly in accordance with established SOPs and Global KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex billing or rate discrepancies.
  • Proactively initiate and promote process improvements to enhance workflow productivity.
  • Conduct regular audits of rate structures to ensure compliance with company financial guidelines.
  • Provide administrative support to the global transport team regarding carrier performance tracking.
  • Maintain clear documentation and records of all carrier communication and rate adjustments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, data coordination, or logistics roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and enterprise-level logistics software.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns and potential process risks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment while adhering to strict deadlines.
  • Experience with Global KPIs and SOP-driven work environments is highly preferred.
