Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate airfreight pricing structures to ensure market competitiveness.
- Collaborate with local and regional sales teams to provide timely commercial support and tender preparation.
- Conduct thorough analysis of shipping costs and carrier rates to optimize profit margins.
- Manage inquiries related to pricing, ensuring adherence to corporate policies and customer requirements.
- Monitor and report on market volatility to support data-driven decision-making.
- Maintain system accuracy within internal transport management tools and databases.
- Coordinate with international partners to ensure seamless flow of commercial data and pricing updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in pricing, commercial support, or business operations within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- In-depth hands-on experience with airfreight pricing and service models.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and trends.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with logistics software/TMS.
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in English and a collaborative team-player attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing operational needs.
