As a Buyer I specializing in Indirect Materials, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our facility. You will be responsible for the end-to-end procurement process for indirect goods and services, from supplier identification and negotiation to contract management and performance evaluation. Your expertise will directly impact our bottom line by securing the best possible terms, pricing, and agreements.

Responsibilities
- Sourcing and procuring indirect materials, equipment, and services (MRO, IT, Facilities, etc.) to support operational requirements.
- Negotiating pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve optimal total cost of ownership (TCO) and service levels.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers, conducting regular performance reviews, and driving continuous improvement.
- Managing the full procurement cycle including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and delivery tracking using ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP).
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders (Engineering, Facilities, HR, IT) to identify needs, define specifications, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Conducting market research and benchmarking to identify new sources of supply and cost reduction opportunities.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements in all purchasing activities.
- Supporting the resolution of invoice discrepancies, quality issues, and delivery problems in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain, preferably in a manufacturing environment (experience in indirect materials is a plus).
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of contract law, terms and conditions, and procurement best practices.
- Fresh graduates with strong internship experience in procurement are encouraged to apply.
