Responsibilities
- Engage with walk-in customers and online leads to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
- Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Provide expert advice on vehicle financing, insurance, and trade-in options to facilitate a smooth transaction.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry through to vehicle handover.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive follow-ups and relationship building.
- Stay updated on the latest car models, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of experience in automotive sales or a high-volume retail environment.
- Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Goal-driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in digital CRM tools and basic computer literacy.
- Resilient, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work weekends and public holidays as required by the industry.
