You will lead the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle, from market analysis and supplier selection to contract negotiation and performance management. By fostering long-term partnerships with key vendors, you will drive value-based procurement initiatives that benefit both the organization and our stakeholders. You will also oversee the categorization of spend and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency across the division.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive category strategies for key spend categories within healthcare and eldercare.
- Lead the end-to-end sourcing process, including market analysis, RFx management, and supplier negotiation.
- Drive value-based procurement initiatives to maximize cost savings without compromising service quality.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key vendors to ensure long-term reliability and innovation.
- Analyze spend data to identify cost reduction opportunities and process improvements.
- Manage supplier performance through regular reviews and corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational requirements and supply chain risks.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, or Procurement, preferably within the Healthcare or Logistics sector.
- Proven track record of leading complex sourcing projects and managing large vendor portfolios.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms and contracts.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
