Advisory Singapore is looking for an experienced Centre Manager / Senior Centre Manager to oversee a mixed‑use development portfolio. In this role you will act as the primary point of contact for the Asset Manager, coordinating all aspects of commercial and retail property operations, from tenant relations and leasing activities to financial performance and maintenance oversight.
You will be responsible for driving occupancy, maximising rental income, and ensuring the portfolio meets its operational KPIs. Working closely with internal teams, external contractors, and local authorities, you will maintain high standards of property presentation and compliance, while implementing sustainable practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate day‑to‑day property operations across commercial and retail spaces, ensuring optimal tenant experience.
- Manage leasing activities, including prospect identification, negotiations, and lease renewals.
- Monitor financial performance, prepare variance reports, and control operating budgets.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs and oversee vendor contracts to maintain property standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the on‑site facility management team.
- Liaise with asset management, legal, and marketing teams to align property strategy with portfolio objectives.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health & safety, and environmental guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in property or facility management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record in managing mixed‑use or large‑scale retail/commercial assets.
- Strong understanding of leasing processes, tenant mix optimisation, and market trends.
- Excellent financial acumen, with ability to develop and monitor budgets and KPIs.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Real Estate, Property Management, or Business Administration.
- Certification from Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV) or equivalent is advantageous.
