Responsibilities
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration in cybersecurity
- Nurture and strengthen relationships with channel partners through regular engagement, training, and support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partner activities with business objectives and product roadmaps
- Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement
- Facilitate partner onboarding processes and ensure alignment with Sutherland's cybersecurity solutions
- Provide ongoing product knowledge and sales enablement resources to enhance partner capabilities
- Represent Sutherland at partner events, conferences, and industry forums to build brand visibility
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of channel account management experience, preferably in cybersecurity or B2B technology
- Proven track record of driving partner sales growth and achieving revenue targets
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity market trends, solutions, and competitive landscape
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools
- Ability to develop and present compelling sales strategies and training materials
- Experience managing partner incentive programs and sales compensation structures
