Job Summary:
China Bank, the Philippines' oldest universal bank and a trusted name in the finance industry, is looking for a highly competent and motivated Channel Manager to join our Cabancalan, Cebu branch. This role is vital in ensuring the seamless administration and control of all technical aspects of branch cash operations. As a Channel Manager, you will be the backbone of our branch's cash management, overseeing everything from daily cash transactions to compliance with stringent regulatory standards.
Key Duties: Your day-to-day responsibilities will include supervising cash operations, managing vault inventory, optimizing cash flow, leading a team of cash handlers, implementing risk mitigation strategies, and ensuring that all procedures align with company policies and Central Bank regulations. You will also be responsible for training staff, preparing operational reports, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery.

Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all branch cash operations, including cash movements, vault management, and teller processes.
- Ensure strict compliance with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
- Monitor and analyze cash flow to optimize liquidity and minimize operational risks.
- Train, coach, and evaluate team members to enhance performance and service quality.
- Coordinate with treasury, risk management, and other departments for efficient cash handling.
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Prepare and submit timely reports on cash operations and branch performance.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to cash operations promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in branch operations or cash management, with supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations, cash handling, and internal controls.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and banking software applications.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
- Demonstrated integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
- Willing to be assigned in Cabancalan, Cebu.
