As a Channel Operations Manager, you will be at the forefront of developing, refreshing, and optimizing our partner programs and policies. You will be responsible for building a robust and high-performing network of partners, including Managed Service Providers (MSPs), System Integrators (SIs), and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), to accelerate the adoption of AliCloud Intelligence solutions. Responsibilities

  • Develop, refine, and execute comprehensive channel strategies and operational plans for AliCloud Intelligence's expansion in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
  • Design, implement, and refresh partner programs, policies, and operational frameworks to optimize partner engagement and performance.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic channel partners (e.g., MSPs, SIs, ISVs) to expand market reach and solution adoption.
  • Drive partner enablement initiatives, including training, certification, and joint go-to-market activities, to ensure partner success.
  • Monitor channel performance, analyze market trends, and implement data-driven corrective actions to achieve sales and growth targets.
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure channel alignment and integrated market strategies.
  • Manage key partner relationships, fostering strong engagement, trust, and mutual business growth.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all channel policies, operational guidelines, and ethical standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in channel operations, partner management, or business development within the cloud computing or enterprise technology sector.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective channel strategies and partner programs.
  • Strong understanding of the cloud market (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and diverse partner ecosystems.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for channel management and reporting.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and international work environment.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional Southeast Asian languages is a significant advantage.
