Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive channel sales strategies to expand market reach and achieve ambitious revenue targets.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic reseller partners within the assigned territory.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing channel partners, ensuring their success and loyalty.
- Provide ongoing training, product updates, and sales support to partners, enabling them to effectively market and sell NOVE Marketing solutions.
- Collaborate closely with internal marketing teams to develop and implement impactful joint marketing campaigns and promotional activities with partners.
- Monitor and analyze partner performance, track sales data, and provide regular reports on channel sales activities, forecasts, and market intelligence.
- Negotiate and finalize channel partner agreements, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and aligned with company policies.
- Act as a primary point of contact for channel partners, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless partnership experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in channel sales, B2B sales, or partner management, ideally within the marketing, advertising, or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving channel revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of channel sales dynamics, partner programs, and the reseller ecosystem.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and cultivate strong, productive relationships with diverse partners and internal stakeholders.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
