AvePoint is seeking a dynamic Channel Solution Engineer to join our growing team in Cebu. As a global leader in data management, AvePoint helps over 21,000 customers worldwide secure their data across Microsoft 365 and cloud platforms.
In this role, you will serve as the technical bridge between AvePoint and our channel partners. You will be responsible for equipping partners with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed, while providing high-level technical support during critical implementation windows. This position requires fluency in Spanish and Portuguese to support our diverse global clientele, specifically during our night shift operations.

Responsibilities
- Deliver technical enablement and training sessions to channel partners, ensuring they understand AvePoint’s data management solutions.
- Provide high-quality pre-sales support and technical demos to prospective partners in Spanish and Portuguese.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for partners during the night shift, troubleshooting implementation issues and resolving inquiries.
- Collaborate with the sales team to qualify leads and ensure partners have the resources needed to close deals.
- Assist in the development of partner-facing documentation and technical resources.
- Gather and relay feedback from the field regarding product performance and partner needs to internal engineering teams.
Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese (both written and verbal).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a technical sales, solution engineering, or technical support role.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or cloud data management technologies is a plus.
- Must be available and willing to work the night shift on a rotating schedule.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
