Job Summary

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Chief Human Resources & General Affairs to oversee all aspects of HR and general administration. Reporting to the Board of Directors, you will develop and execute HR strategies, manage employee relations, ensure regulatory compliance, and handle daily office operations. This role requires a blend of HR expertise and operational management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals.
  • Lead recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing.
  • Foster positive employee relations and address grievances in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and government regulations.
  • Oversee general affairs functions including office maintenance, asset inventory, and procurement.
  • Coordinate employee training and career development programs.
  • Prepare and present HR metrics and reports to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Law, Psychology, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
