We are seeking a visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to spearhead end-to-end operations of our flagship integrated township development in the Jabodetabek region. As the operational backbone of this transformative real estate project, you will drive strategic execution, optimize resource allocation, and ensure seamless coordination across all project phases. Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning and execution of integrated township development projects across Jabodetabek
- Oversee end-to-end operations including land acquisition, construction, and post-launch management
- Optimize operational workflows and implement scalable processes for efficiency and cost control
- Drive regulatory compliance and risk mitigation across all project phases
- Lead cross-functional teams including construction, project management, and vendor relations
- Develop and maintain KPIs to track project progress, quality standards, and financial performance
- Collaborate with executive team to align operational strategies with business objectives
- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to expand project portfolio
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 10+ years in real estate development with 5+ years in senior operational leadership
- Proven track record managing large-scale integrated township or mixed-use projects
- Expertise in Indonesian real estate regulations, construction methodologies, and compliance frameworks
- Exceptional strategic planning, financial acumen, and risk management capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management experience with government bodies, contractors, and investors
- Proficiency in project management tools and operational optimization methodologies
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English; Mandarin advantageous for regional partnerships
