Vault Personnel is seeking a highly experienced and compassionate Chief TCM Physician to lead our clinical operations in the Eunos/Macpherson area of Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) services, ensuring exceptional patient care while maintaining full compliance with local healthcare regulations.

As the Chief TCM Physician, you will be responsible for managing a team of TCM practitioners, developing and implementing clinical protocols, and driving continuous improvement in patient outcomes. Your deep expertise in TCM will be essential for diagnosing and treating patients using holistic approaches, including acupuncture, herbal medicine, cupping, and other therapeutic techniques.

You will collaborate closely with the clinic's management to optimize operational efficiency, enhance patient satisfaction, and uphold the highest standards of clinical excellence. Additionally, you will play a key role in mentoring and training junior staff, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage TCM clinical operations to ensure efficient and effective patient care delivery.
  • Oversee a team of TCM practitioners, providing mentorship, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement clinical protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) in accordance with local regulations.
  • Diagnose and treat patients using Traditional Chinese Medicine techniques, including acupuncture, herbal medicine, and therapeutic therapies.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore's Healthcare Services Act and other relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with clinic management to optimize operational efficiency, enhance patient satisfaction, and achieve business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality in accordance with data protection laws.

Qualifications

  • Minimum a Bachelor's degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) or equivalent from a recognized institution.
  • Valid TCM practitioner license registered with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (TCMPB) in Singapore.
  • At least 5 years of clinical experience in TCM, with prior leadership or management experience preferred.
  • Proficient in TCM diagnostic methods, including tongue and pulse diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore's healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
