Join Radiance Solar Solutions Inc as a Civil Supervisor and lead civil works for our solar projects in Capas, Tarlac. This role focuses on safety, quality, and timely site execution, ensuring that all civil activities align with design specifications and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with site engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to deliver reliable, scalable solar installations that meet client expectations and industry standards.

As a Civil Supervisor, you will oversee earthworks, foundations, drainage, roadworks, and access routes, coordinate material deliveries, manage daily progress tracking, and ensure documentation is complete and accurate for QA/QC and client reporting. You will also facilitate toolbox talks, enforce safety practices, and ensure compliance with local regulations and project specs. The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on field management to help our teams deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise civil works on solar construction sites, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate and manage construction crews, subcontractors, and equipment to maintain on-time progress.
- Monitor daily progress, update schedules, and prepare concise progress reports for project managers.
- Enforce safety programs, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure compliance with OSH and local regulations.
- Perform quality control inspections of materials, workmanship, and installed civil components.
- Collaborate with civil engineers, QA/QC, and field teams to resolve technical issues and prevent rework.
- Manage site logistics, material flow, and documentation, including daily logs and as-built records.
- Ensure permits, inspections, and regulatory requirements are met throughout project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience on construction sites, preferably in solar, renewable energy, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and site safety management; proven safety leadership.
- Ability to read and interpret civil drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; capable of coordinating multiple teams.
- Proficiency in basic project management tools, MS Office, and field reporting; familiarity with scheduling software is a plus.
- Commitment to quality and continuous improvement; detail-oriented and organized.
- Knowledge of local building codes and permitting processes in the Philippines is a plus.
