Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class 3 vehicles for timely deliveries across designated routes
- Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet deadlines
- Load/unload cargo with proper handling techniques and equipment operation
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain customer signatures
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status
Qualifications
- Valid Class 3 driving license (Singapore)
- Clean driving record with minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Knowledge of West Region roads and traffic patterns
- Ability to lift heavy loads (up to 25kg) and operate loading equipment
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Basic vehicle maintenance awareness
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
