Responsibilities
- Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver goods within the West Region.
- Plan and follow efficient routes to ensure timely delivery and collection.
- Conduct pre-delivery vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and safety.
- Load and unload cargo with care to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain necessary customer signatures/documentation.
- Ensure the delivery vehicle is kept clean, organized, and properly maintained.
- Communicate effectively with the warehouse team and dispatch office regarding route progress or issues.
- Strictly adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License with a clean driving record.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in delivery or logistics operations preferred.
- Familiarity with the West Region road network and navigation apps.
- Physically fit and able to lift goods as required by the delivery process.
- Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Good communication skills in English and/or local languages.
