Responsibilities
- Adhere strictly to cleanroom gowning protocols and maintain the required cleanliness class standards.
- Operate and monitor sophisticated manufacturing equipment in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Perform visual inspections and quality checks on components and materials to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Handle, transport, and store sensitive wafers and materials within the cleanroom environment to prevent contamination.
- Maintain accurate production logs and input data into the Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
- Assist engineers with equipment troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure a safe and compliant work environment by strictly following Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE O-Level, N-Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma (fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
- No prior working experience required as comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
- Willingness to work a 12-hour rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Comfortable wearing full cleanroom attire (bunny suit, hood, mask, safety goggles, and gloves) for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions accurately.
- Physically fit and able to stand or walk for prolonged periods.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and documentation tasks.
- A positive learning attitude and effective teamwork skills.
