As our Client Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base by identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for prospecting leads, conducting presentations, negotiating contracts, and building enduring partnerships with companies across various industries. Your efforts will directly contribute to the company's revenue targets and market presence.

We are looking for a goal-oriented individual with a strong sales background, preferably in recruitment or staffing. You must be comfortable with cold calling, virtual meetings, and managing your own pipeline. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be engaging with C-level executives and HR managers.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential corporate clients through research, networking, and cold outreach
  • Present and promote Zen Career's recruitment services to decision-makers
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close new business
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are met
  • Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in CRM system
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly client acquisition targets
  • Attend industry events and networking functions to generate leads

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition, preferably in recruitment or staffing
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken)
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings (if required)
