Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by proactively promoting TIME’s telecommunications solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets in the Melaka region.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and site visits.
- Collaborate with technical and support teams to deliver tailored solutions and resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to key decision-makers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and adapt sales tactics.
- Track sales performance, maintain accurate records in CRM, and provide regular reports to management.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales or client management, preferably in telecommunications or IT services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Malay.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a field-based role.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Melaka and surrounding areas.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
